Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce a new European PRM School focused on various aspects of spondyloarthritis — from clinical features and diagnostic algorithms to both pharmacological and non‑pharmacological treatment approaches.

The EURO‑Spondyloarthritis School (European School on functional assessment and rehabilitation interventions in patients with spondyloarthritis) will cover important clinical topics, including:

  • Differentiating between mechanical and inflammatory back pain
  • Differential diagnosis of peripheral arthritis (inflammatory vs. non‑inflammatory)
  • Imaging methods in spondyloarthritis
  • Multidisciplinary approach to patients with SpA
  • Diagnostic and assessment tools in everyday PRM practice (e.g. diagnostic ultrasound, kinematic analysis, etc.)
  • Lifestyle interventions aiming to improve functional impairment, including obesity and metabolic syndrome management
